All our products undergo quality checks before being dispatched.  Hence we have no return, no exchange and no refund policy.

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if:
*Order was damaged in transit.
*Order was Incorrect.

This is highly unlikely, but for some reason if you receive a defective products from us, you may be able to return the same.

How soon do I have to make an exchange request?

You can do so by sending us an email on within 24 hours of the package delivery along with order ID. Moreover, You must send us an unboxing video which includes the opening of the package till the defect being showcased clearly as a proof of damaged or incorrect product. Breach of this policy can lead to rejection of return requests. Then you may return the order exactly as you received it, unworn, with original packaging.

How does the return/exchange process work?

* Once we receive the request for return, we will confirm whether the product is approved for return, if your product is approved for return then you can ship the product back at the given address in the website within 48 hours of the return request accepted. To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care and we will arrange a return shipment for you. For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable. Please note one way shipping charges has to be borne by you.
* We will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock, you can select another product from our collection. We do not have refund policy.
* If your product is not eligible for return then exchange will not proceed further and will be notified the same.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We have a no cancellation policy and the orders once placed will not be cancelled.

The following does not qualify for exchange:

  • Package lost in shipment sent by you.

  • Package refused by recipient.

  • Products that have been returned in a used or damaged condition.

  • Products returned due to size issues (Please check the size carefully before making a purchase).

  • Incorrect delivery address and failed delivery attempt by our courier agent which will lead to package being shipped back to us, In that case you will have to bear the shipping charges again. 

  • If the product is not faulty or damaged in any way.

  • Minor variations in colour & design of the product
